G. Subsequent Registration
Kinds of Registration
- Judicial/Voluntary/Ordinary – by filing with the proper court; application by the private individual himself
- Judicial/Involuntary/Cadastral – compulsory registration initiated by the government; a judicial proceeding distinct from administrative registration through public land patents
Amendments
