h. Clemency

General categories of the grounds for suspension or dismissal

Those related to the discharge of the functions of the office concerned such as neglect of duty, oppression, corruption or other forms of mal-administration; or
Those not related to, or connected with, the functions of the office, such as the commission of a crime.
