a. Indeterminate Sentence Law (Act 4103, as amended)
Non-applicability of Indeterminate Sentence Law
The Indeterminate Sentence Law does not apply to persons convicted of rebellion or insurrection. A conviction for coup d’état is not excluded merely because of the offense’s name; applicability depends on the penalty and the Act’s other exclusions. It excludes from its coverage those convicted of misprision of treason, or of rebellion, sedition, or espionage.
