e. Appointments by an Acting President

Appointments By An Acting President (PHIL. CONST., art. VII, § 14)

These shall remain effective unless revoked by the elected President within 90 days from his assumption or re-assumption of office.

The power of the succeeding President to revoke appointments made by the Acting President refers only to appointments in the Executive Department (De Castro v. JBC, G.R. No. 191002, April 20, 2010)
