7. Continuous Trial (AM 15-06-10-SC)

One-Day Examination of Witness

The court shall strictly adhere to the rule that a witness has to be fully examined in one (1) day (A.M. No. 15-06-10-SC, Revised Guidelines for Continuous Trial in Criminal Cases)

Schedule of Trial Dates

The schedule of trial dates shall be continuous and within the period provided in the Regular Rules/Special Rules. It may be shortened depending on the number of witnesses to be presented.
