Right To Service Incentive Leave Definition:
Every employee who has rendered at least 1 year of service shall be entitled to a yearly service incentive leave of 5 days with pay. (Labor Code, Art. 95)
Meaning of “at least 1 year of service”
Service for not less than 12 months, whether continuous or broken reckoned from the date the employee is initially engaged.
