(c) Effect of Payment of Taxes
Effect of Appeal on the Payment of RPT
It does not suspend the collection of the RPT as assessed by the provincial or city assessor, without prejudice to subsequent adjustment depending upon the final outcome of the appeal. (LGC, Sec. 231)1
